We will do checks and create a trade account code for your business/service. The code will be default at Bronze tier. We will email you the code within 24 hours and you are all set.


Who can be our Trade Partner ?

Accredited design and trade industry professionals including interior designers, architects, stylists, property developers with a valid ABN.

How does the upgrade work ?

The more your order the more you save. We will review your tier once the threshold is met.


Where are your products stocked ?

We believe in speed and good customer service. Hence, we will never drop-ship. Our products are all stocked in our Melbourne warehouse (soon to be moved to a fulfilment centre).


When will my code be ready ?

Once you send through the details, we will cross reference and generate a code within 1 business day.


Why do I need a code and not an account ?

At this point, we are still looking for an account management system, to automatically apply the discount. We really appreciate your patience while we evolve.


What are the time lines ?

As soon as your order is placed, our trade members have access to priority processing. We will endeavour to pack and dispatch your order in 24 hours or next business day. 98% of our orders are delivered within 3- 5 business days.

How do I ask for Tier Upgrade ?

While we are still looking for a system to manage B2B trade partners, we are managing all Trade accounts manually. Be default, when we issue you a code, it is set at Bronze Tier. Please email us if you wish to place a higher order value so we can upgrade you straight away to Silver/Gold.
