A portion of your order values funds carbon offset programs. You can enjoy carbon-neutral shipping at no extra cost to you. 

Australia

  • $14.95 Shipping for orders all orders $0-$100 using AUSPOST

  • $24.95 Express Shipping for all orders using AUSPOST

  • Free standard shipping all over AU for orders over $100

A few noteworthy points to mention:

  • We do our best to ship orders out the next day if ordered before 5pm AEST; however, some orders may take longer (3-5 business days)

  • All orders ship with Sendle. 

International Orders (outside of Australia):

  • Calculated at Checkout. Time of arrival advised at checkout.

  • If parcel is not delivered within the advised time frame, please reach out to us at help@homebykeira.com.au for lodging a 'missing parcel' query. 

  • No change of Mind refund or return accepted for International orders. Updated 08/11/2022.

  • USA orders will incur a 50% handling fee due to Customs Requirement (Tariff 2025 for all imports into USA).
